Usher and Jenn Goicoechea became parents to a girl

Usher

and his girlfriend

welcomed their first daughter together, and this Wednesday, September 30, the 41-year-old singer shared the news of the birth through his Instagram account.

It was only earlier this month that it was learned that Jenn, 36, was pregnant for the first time, as the

managed to capture her

while the couple took a walk through Los Angeles.

Unlike her, Usher already knows what parenthood is like, having two other children named

, 11, and

, 12, the product of his previous marriage to 

.

"We feel blessed and filled with love with the arrival of our beautiful little girl,

" wrote the artist, adding that Stevie Wonder's song 'Isn't She lovely' is playing on repeat.

Following his divorce from Tameka, Usher entered into a relationship with Grace Miguel, which lasted for a decade.

In March 2018, after two years of marriage, the couple separated.

"After much thought and consideration, we have decided to separate as a couple," Usher and Grace revealed in a statement.

"We remain deeply connected and loving friends who will continue to support each other during the next phases of our lives," they said.

In this 2020, after learning that a new baby was on the way for Usher, 'Us Weekly' reported that he and Goicoechea were very happy for this new stage of their lives. 

Usher and Jenn were reportedly first seen together at a Hollywood Bowl concert in October 2019. Then, during the 2020 awards season, they were seen attending numerous events, including the classic

of the Oscars hosted by 'Vanity Fair'.

Shortly before welcoming his daughter, Usher said he had "a few" baby names in mind during an interview with James Corden.

"It has been a difficult time for everyone, so I am very excited to have this incredible news," he told the late-night host.

"This new arrival. I'm really looking forward to it."
