According to a judgment by the European Court of Justice, the Hungarian higher education law violates EU law.
The law, with which the Central European University (CEU), founded by US billionaire George Soros, was expelled from Hungary, violates EU fundamental rights, among other things, the Luxembourg judge ruled on Tuesday.
