2 cups of
ice cream of your
choice (465 ml each)
400 g flour
1/2 packet of baking powder

How to bake the ice cream cake with just three ingredients
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Put the ice cream in a saucepan and melt it over low heat.
Mix the flour and baking powder in a bowl and stir in the melted ice cream to make a homogeneous batter.
Put the dough in the loaf pan and smooth it out.
Bake the ice cream cake in the oven on the middle rack for about 40 minutes.
Finally, do the chopsticks test, if necessary let the cake bake a little longer.
Then take the cake out of the oven, let it cool down briefly and turn it out of the mold.
