(ANSA) - ROME, OCTOBER 10 - The Civil Protection Department has issued a warning of adverse weather conditions which foresees, from the late evening of today, widespread scattered rainfall, also of a reverse or thunderstorm character, on Tuscany, Liguria, Emilia-Romagna, Veneto , Friuli Venezia Giulia, Marche and Campania.
The phenomena will be accompanied by showers of strong intensity, local hailstorms and strong gusts of wind.
From tomorrow morning, Sunday 11 October, strong to stormy winds are also expected, with gusts of storm from the western quadrants on Sardinia and from the northern quadrant on Liguria, Emilia-Romagna, Lombardy, Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia, with possible storm surges along the exposed coasts.
On the basis of the expected phenomena, a yellow alert was assessed for tomorrow's day on part of Friuli Venezia Giulia, Veneto, Emilia-Romagna, Liguria and Tuscany, on the inter-territory of Umbria, Marche, Lazio, Molise and Campania, on part of Abruzzo and Sicily.
