Ahead of next week's Corona cabinet meeting, the Ministry of Health announced tonight (Saturday) its outline for exit from the quarantine.

From Benjamin Netanyahu's Twitter account

According to the plan, formulated by the ministry in recent days, the first phase of the relief will allow work in places and businesses that do not accept an audience with up to 10 employees.

Traffic restrictions will be removed, in addition Ben Gurion Airport will be opened, it will be possible to collect food from restaurants and it will be possible to reach parks, national parks and beaches.

This stage will be possible if three of the four conditions regarding the disease state in Israel are met: the number of new patients will be up to 2,000 people per day, the coefficient of infection will be 0.8, the rate of positive tests will be less than 10% and the percentage of severe patients will not exceed 3%.

In the second phase of the outline, studies will be opened for first- and fourth-grade students, if the number of patients falls below 1,000 infected per day.

In addition, complementary medicine treatments and other non-medical treatments will be possible at this stage.

The third phase, which will be possible if the number of infected people reaches up to 500 people a day and the rate of positive tests is less than 5%, will include opening businesses that have a public reception, the possibility of trading and opening B & Bs and prayer houses.

The fourth phase will include the opening of restaurants, cafes and gyms, if the number of patients is up to 250 new diagnoses per day.

In the fifth phase, the hotels and pools will be opened, if the daily number of infected does not exceed 250 people and the rate of positive tests does not exceed 2%.

In addition, the "traffic light program" will only return from this stage, and up to this point the congestion restrictions around the country will be in the "red" city procedure.

Returning to studies for fifth- to twelfth-grade students will only be possible in the sixth stage, provided that the number of patients reaches up to 250 people per day and the rate of positive tests reaches up to 2%.

Cultural and leisure events, conferences, exhibitions, event gardens and halls will be returned later, and in the ninth stage, sporting events with audiences and clubs will also be returned.

The last stages are conditioned by a daily number of infections of less than 250 people, and a positive patient rate of less than 2%, in addition to the fact that the infection rate does not increase.

The Ministry of Health avoids Lankov on deadlines for the transition from stage to stage, but notes that it will probably take at least two weeks to switch between them, and that the condition for this is a continued decrease in the number of infected and the coefficient of infection.

In the event of a halt or increase in data decline, a halt in relief will apply.

It is important to note that the education system in "red" cities will remain closed throughout the stages, with high morbidity centers being fully closed throughout the stages.
