Martindale Country Club, an exclusive gated community located 50 kilometers from the center of the city of Pilar, is

.

This Saturday businessman Jorge Neuss shot his wife, Silvia Saravia, and then tried to kill himself.

Five years ago Fernando Farré attacked with two knives and savagely killed his ex-partner Claudia Schaefer with 74 stabs.

There are 310 hectares with ancient trees, a club house, a tea house, five polo fields, two golf courses, eight tennis courts, four paddle courts, five soccer and hockey courts and a swimming pool.

There are 695 large lots, in which two events of extreme gender violence occurred.

The sources consulted indicated that,

after murdering his wife, Neuss shot himself with the aim of taking his own life

.

The first police officers who arrived at the scene found him with vital signs and in critical condition.

Now, the businessman is admitted to the Austral Hospital.

The prosecutor in charge of the case is María José Basiglio, who is already there to try to reconstruct the event.

On August 21, 2015, five years ago,

Claudia Schaefer was brutally murdered by her ex-husband Fernando Farré,

who stabbed her 74 times in the body with two sharp weapons that he took from the kitchen.

The deepest cut was on his neck that ended up killing him.

The forensic report found that 95 percent of the injuries were received by Schaefer while she was still alive.

The 44-year-old woman took almost four minutes to die and tried to defend herself, as she had several cuts on her arms and hands.

Schaefer and Farré had three children in common and were in the midst of an otherwise contentious separation.

She had reported him to the Office of Violence of the Supreme Court of Justice.

Farré was sentenced to life in prison

for Schaefer's crime and is serving his sentence in Unit 4 of Bahía Blanca of the Buenos Aires Penitentiary Service (SPB).
