The businessman Jorge Neuss killed his wife Silvia Saravia de Neuss and then tried to kill himself.
The incident occurred this Saturday in the house that the couple shared in a closed neighborhood located in a town in the north of Greater Buenos Aires.
The episode generated commotion among the residents of the country located in the city of Derqui, where the secrecy is maintained and until now, no details of what happened have emerged.
Neuss heads the business group that bears his surname, a conglomerate of 120 years of activity in the country, whose precursor was the foundation, in 1881, of Soda Neuss Belgrano, by Herman Neuss, the father of Jorge Justo Neuss.
Neuss soft drinks came to lead the Argentine market.
Jorge started a new branch of business: services for the public sector, energy and financial services.
In the 1980s, Jorge Justo Neuss (h) and German Neuss took over the business group following the business model and incorporating real estate development into it.
Neuss Capital is currently an investment fund specialized in the acquisition and start-up of service companies and technological solutions for the public or private sector.
"We invest in innovative companies that capitalize on the irruption of technology and that are positioned for rapid growth and market leadership in the market," explains a passage on its website, in which the group declares "to be prepared to provide service, improve operations and maximize the growth of organizations through a strategic combination of capital and operational knowledge ”.
