"In Paris, as in sixty cities in France, a few hundred people - only, far from the large gatherings opposing the vote on the law on same-sex marriage - responded to the call of the group of associations Marchons Children, including the Manif pour tous.
Gathered to denounce the bioethics bill passed at first reading in the National Assembly this summer, they protested above all against the "PMA without father".
"It is no longer the right of the child, but the right to the child, it is a real threat to the family", explains Anaïs, who came to demonstrate this Saturday.
“The two mothers can have love for the child but something is missing,” adds Dominique.

Many are especially worried about a future authorization of surrogacy: "Today we say: there will not be surrogacy ... But of course that at the next revision of the bioethics law, if the couples of women, or single women, have assisted reproduction, at the next revision of the bioethics law, it will be surrogacy for male couples, ”explains Ludivine de la Rochère, president of Manif pour tous.
The bioethics bill must be examined at second reading by the Senate at the end of 2020 or the beginning of 2021.
