. The owner who, according to the investigations, cultivated it, a 46-year-old chef, was arrested by the GDF for possession and production of drugs. He is now in prison. A plantation was found in his house and in the adjacent land from which he allegedly obtained drugs for a market value of 2.1 million euros. The strong smell coming from the greenhouse set up for complete production was decisive. The financiers have identified the cultivation thanks to the persistent smell that spread through the streets. Seized 8.6 kg of marijuana ready for sale; 704 Indian hemp plants; 87 halogen lamps powered by photovoltaic systems; the house of 244 square meters and the adjacent land of 1,045 square meters. The ready-made drug would have yielded 17,000 doses, the plants would have produced an additional 300 grams each. The GDF estimates of revenues are 86 thousand euros for ready-made drugs and over 2.1 million for those in production.
