  • 425 g pumpkin puree

  • 340 g sweetened condensed milk

  • 2 eggs

Pumpkin pie: how to bake the delicious Halloween dessert

  • Preheat your oven to 200 degrees.

  • Roll out the

    tart dough

    in a round cake

    tin

    (22 to 24 cm).

  • Mix the

    pumpkin puree

    condensed milk

    ,

    eggs

    and

    pumpkin

    seasoning

    together in a bowl until everything is evenly mixed.

  • Pour the mixture on the rolled out tart dough and put the baking pan in the oven for 15 minutes.

    Tip

    This will make the base crispier.

  • After the 15 minutes have elapsed, reduce the temperature to 150 to 170 degrees and leave your cake in the oven for another 35 to 40 minutes.

  • You can use a toothpick or knife to test whether the cake is ready.

    Use it to pierce the center of the dough.

    If you pull the toothpick or knife out cleanly, the cake is ready.

  • Let the cake cool for at least two hours.
