A meeting was held between the government and the Regions in view of the new dpcm on anti-contagion measures from Covid.
We would move towards a "close to nightlife, but localized": this is one of the proposals of the Regions, which have also said they are against a possible restrictive measure on the closure of gyms.
This is what we learn at the end of the summit.
Conte meets at 4 pm the heads of delegation
on the new dpcm on Covid.
The premier, between 19 and 20, will hold a press conference at Palazzo Chigi
to present the dpcm with the new anti-covid measures.
For clubs and pubs, the Regions propose to "evaluate a measure that allows
only table consumption from 6 pm"
.
The early closing time of the premises at 10pm or 11pm could therefore be applied only in some neighborhoods of those cities or municipalities
where the contagion is higher
or in other areas where the risk of gathering is greater, such as
nightlife spots
and historical centres.
On this proposal there would be the favorable opinion of a large part of the Government and of the Regions themselves.
"We asked not to intervene, further penalizing public places with other time reductions", reports Giovanni Toti, Vice President of the Conference of the Regions, who in their representation asks the government
"more remote teaching on a rotating basis for children in recent years
. lightening the means also serves to
stagger entrances to schools and workplaces
".
There will not be a reduction in the filling rate of local means of transport,
but the adoption of other measures: staggered admission for high schools, different hours for workers and greater use of smart working compared to the current 50%.
A greater control of the subway platforms was then agreed with the companies to facilitate up and down flows.
These are the indications that the Minister of Transport
Paola De Micheli
.
"On schools, universities and transport, the proposals of the Regions and local authorities are common sense", said Minister Boccia.
"School in the presence is fundamental for everyone
", reiterated Minister Lucia Azzolina.
Universities are safe places
, teaching is already 50% remote, lessons are controlled, with the use of masks and spacing, everything has been programmed with specific protocols and maximum attention, it is impossible to do more at the university, it is the position of the minister of the University Gaetano Manfredi.
"The school must remain open, it is a priority of this country together with work", reassured
Franco Locatelli
, president of the Superior Health Council and member of the Technical Scientific Committee.
"I am convinced that sport is an engine of restart and that is why in these hours we are fighting so that, in safety and in compliance with strict protocol, sport can continue as much as possible".
Thus the Minister of Sport
Vincenzo Spadafora
.
The
sports centers appealed to the
minister
.
Giovanni Malagò
also spoke
: "No rash decision on sport: the feared eventuality of closing all the championships and activities organized by the sports associations runs counter to the protocols approved by the CTS in agreement with the Ministry", says the president of the CONI.
