Spanish rider Jaume Masia on a Leopard Racing Honda won the Aragon Grand Prix in the Moto3 class, with a spectacular overtaking at the last corner, with a time of 37: 45.009.
He was ahead of the South African Darryn Binder (Ktm) by 91 thousandths, then the Spaniard Raul Fernandez (Ktm) by 196. Great fourth was Romano Fenati (Husqvarna), followed by John Mcpheee (Honda Petronas) and Jeremy Alcoba (Honda Gresini) , author of a prodigious comeback after a penalty.
Only seventh was the Spaniard Albert Arenas (Ktm), leader of the world rankings.
While the other Italian Celestino Vietti (Ktm Sky Racing Vr 46) is ninth, Dennis Foggia (Honda) is tenth.
For Masia, in his second career success, it was a real triumph, not only because he matured in the very last meters, but also because the Spaniard started from 17th position on the grid.
The new world classification always sees Arenas in command with 144 points, followed by Ogura with 131 and Vietti 126.
