(ANSA) - WASHINGTON, OCTOBER 20 - Slap by the Supreme Court USA to President Donald Trump and the Republicans: the highest American judicial body has decided that in Pennsylvania, one of the most important states in the balance, the votes by mail will be counted if they are received within three days of 'election day, even if without a legible postmark.
A victory for the dem, because the US president and the Grand Old Party asked that only the cards delivered within the election day be counted. Four judges voted against, but President John Roberts sided with the three liberal togates.
