LE FIGARO.
- What did this tour from Los Angeles to Miami via New Orleans represent for Johnny Hallyday?

It was his American dream.
A very strong symbolism.
In his fifty-year career, he had only sung three times in the United States, it was at the end of 2012 in Los Angeles and New York.
This time, as for a French tour, we rehearsed for several weeks in a studio in Los Angeles.
But then it was very rock'n'roll.
We left as a small team, without brass, without sets and we played in clubs.
Around Johnny, there was just Seb Farran, his manager, Yarol Poupaud, his artistic director and guitarist, Robin Le Mesurier on guitar, Geoff Dugmore on drums and Amy Keys on chorus.
The contrast with the stadiums and the Zeniths in France was incredible.
One day, for the purposes of the film on the tour directed by Pascal Duchêne, Johnny joined us on the tour bus.
Otherwise, he was traveling by jet.
We have a lot of adventures
