(ANSA) - PARIS, OCTOBER 23 - The French première dame, Brigitte Macron, after a few days of isolation for having been in contact with a positive person for Covid-19, was subjected to a swab that tested negative.
His entourage made it clear.
As per protocol, "Brigitte Macron performed a virological test on October 22, 7 days after her last contact with a person declared positive for Covid-19 and the result is that she is not positive".
Emmanuel Macron's spouse learned last Monday that it was a "contact" case as a person she met on Thursday last week was declared positive.
The meeting had taken place in Valence, where the premier dame was visiting some premises for the new seat of his training institute for young adults in academic difficulties.
Brigitte Macron, who never had symptoms, has already resumed her normal activities today.
