Covid: France, new contagion record, 42,032 since yesterday

(ANSA) - PARIS, OCTOBER 23 - New record of infections in France, where the pandemic situation does not seem to slow down: 42,032 since yesterday, according to the government website, against 41,622 registered yesterday.


   The tampons are, on a daily average, 232,000.


    The deaths have been, since yesterday, 184. To this figure, relative to the hospitals, we must add that of the victims of the last 4 days in nursing homes and in perishable institutions, which were 114. The total from March 1 rises to 34,508.


    Resuscitation is on the increase, where today there are almost 300 more patients than yesterday, for a total of 2,441 beds occupied by Covid patients. (HANDLE).
