(ANSA) - WASHINGTON, 23 OCT - A Dutch security expert managed to enter DonaldTrump's Twitter account by guessing the password: maga2020 !, the acronym of the election slogans Make America Great again.

44-year-old VictorGevers did it on his fifth attempt, as told by Dutch newspaper De Volkskrant.

"I expected that after the fourth quarter they would block me or at least ask me to provide more information," he explained, suggesting that the US president did not even use minimum security measures such as double authentication.

So he had access to the account of the most powerful person in the world, with 87 million followers: he could have tweeted, changed his profile, which sent him a little panic, according to his account.

The most paradoxical aspect, however, are the difficulties he had to report the culpability: he tried to warn the Trump campaign, his family, he sent messages via Twitter, he tagged the CIA, the FBI, the White House, but no response, according to the newspaper.

The next day, however, Gevers noticed that double authentication had been activated and two days later he was contacted by the Secret Service, who would thank him.

It was not however the first time that the ethical hacker, as they dubbed isocial, entered Trump's Twitter account: he had already succeeded in 2016, guessing another equally unpredictable password: 'youarefired', the catchphrase of The Apprentice , the reality show hosted by Trump.

But the CasaBianca hadn't listened to him.
