(ANSA) - TOKYO, OCTOBER 23 - The Tokyo Stock Exchange starts the last session of the week with a slight increase, driven by the acceleration of the US stock markets, and the stop to the appreciation phase of the Japanese currency, with investors waiting for the last presidential debate USA.
The benchmark Nikkei index advanced 0.38% at 23.562.54, with a gain of 88 points.
On the currency market the loyen stabilizes on the dollar at 104.80, and at a value of 123.60 on the euro.
