A gynecologist was arrested in Posadas after a young woman denounced that she was
abused by the professional
when she attended a study at the “Doctor Ramón Madariaga” School Hospital.
The incident occurred in one of the clinics, the same place where hours later he was arrested.
In her presentation, the young woman made it clear that it was her
first consultation with the gynecologist
who is now under judicial scrutiny.
And that he arrived from Oberá, the city where he resides, with a series of studies that had already been carried out previously.
After seeing that documentation, the doctor told him that everything was fine and asked him if he was encouraged to perform a pap smear and a vaginal examination.
Believing that it was only a professional practice, the young woman agreed, but not before clarifying that it was the first time that this study would be done.
When the patient was already on the table, wearing only a chemise,
a question from the gynecologist surprised her
.
"Is your husband blond or dark?" Was the query.
In his presentation, he said that the doctor inserted several fingers in the vaginal area and told him that he had "like warts" but that it was nothing important and that the formation was due to a urinary infection.
Despite the fact that she reported pain,
the gynecologist did not stop

In an attempt to
frame the abuse in a medical practice
, the doctor told her that she should also have her anal area checked, to which the patient objected.
The girl said that when she tried to get off the stretcher, the doctor tried again to insert his fingers and also supported her virile member.
Visibly affected by the situation, she chose to quickly head to the bathroom to get dressed.
After asking him when he could withdraw the results of the study, the gynecologist told him that he had a vagina "small and tight inside."
In order to quickly leave the office, he told her that he would ask for a consultation again, but it was actually the strategy he used to access his name and license plate number.
And he added that the doctor himself was surprised by his decision.
"How strange because all the girls I do this to don't come anymore," he would have told her before she left the office.
In her complaint, the young woman said that at no time did the doctor try to kiss her "but I did feel that he touched me too much."
And he added that "he did not ask me to touch him either, but I cannot say if he touched" his private parts.
The case was referred to the investigating judge Marcelo Cardozo, who this Thursday
ordered the arrest of the doctor
.
Sources linked to the investigation said that they will try to establish if there are other women who have gone through the same situation and will verify if the gynecologist already has any previous complaints of sexual abuse.
