(ANSA) - ROME, OCTOBER 23 - The workers who have not yet received the redundancy fund from INPS are "17 thousand.


   They are 0.3% of all those who have received it" during the Covid emergency.

This was stated by the president of INPS, Pasquale Tridico, speaking at the Labor Festival organized by the Labor Consultants and providing the latest updated data from May to October 19.

Tridico also underlined the number of cigarettes provided so far: "12 million 822 thousand paid directly by the Institute, in addition to the over 8 million advanced by the companies and equalized by the Institute.


   A figure that exceeds 20 million services".

For a total of about 6.5 million workers.


    To be exact, according to INPS data, on the basis of regularly submitted requests, 3,455,002 workers have received direct payments from the Institute, out of 3,472,136 and the first payment of 17,134 workers is expected.
