(ANSA) - PARIS, OCTOBER 24 - The French presidency today announced the sentences deemed "unacceptable" by the Turkish president, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, who questioned the "mental health" of his French counterpart, Emmanuel Macron, because of his attitude towards of Muslims. "The phrases of President Erdogan - commented the Elysée - are unacceptable. Offense and vulgarity are not a method.
We demand that Erdogan change the course of his policy since it is dangerous from all points of view. We do not enter into useless and non-useless polemics. we accept insults ".
The Elysée also announced the recall of the French ambassador to Ankara for consultations. (HANDLE).
