Both are reflected in two videos recorded shortly after noon.
In one, the Artigas project, led by Juan Grabois with the indispensable participant of
Dolores Etchevehere

In the other, Juan Diego, another of the brothers, denounces that more than 30 people arrive to reinforce "the usurpation and land grabbing" in Entre Ríos.

The sister of the former macrista minister signed the complaint on Saturday morning in which she accuses her brother of preventing the entry and exit of people from the "
Casa Nueva
" field, where the members of the Artigas project have been for almost a week. as one of his references to Grabois.
"We hereby come to formulate a criminal complaint for the commission in a real and ideal contest of the crimes of illegitimate deprivation of liberty, coercion and extortion, both
aggravated by gender and the use of firearms
, and usurpation aggravated by use of firearm, "says the complaint.

Along the same lines, Grabois insisted from Twitter that Luis Etchevehere "is openly violating the perimeter in favor of Dolores Etchevehere,
also placing a chain
that illegitimately deprives her of her freedom. Violating a perimeter is grounds for immediate detention. Let it be justice."
The former macrista minister has the key to the padlock to the access gate to the field, as confirmed by one of the police officers in charge of security in the operation that was mounted in the place.

The key was given by me last night to one of the Etchevehere gentlemen
because it was required. I gave it because they asked for it and we do not own anything," said one of the police officers.

In a video broadcast by the Artigas Project from his account on social networks and later by Grabois, Luis Etchevehere emphasizes to a policeman that he would not move from the place and that "
no one is going to enter
."
"Justice and political power are taking steps to bring in more squatters !!!" Etchevehere said through his Twitter account, in front of more than 10 vehicles that, in single file, were waiting to enter the disputed place.
A while ago I reacted badly to the policeman who transmitted a request from the prosecution to authorize the entry of 35 new occupants to take over Casa Nueva.

And he lashed out again at the magistrate in the case, who had asked them to reach a peaceful solution.
"Judge Flores has to decide right now whether to let in 35 new squatters. What will he decide? Will he let them in? Will more usurpers enter Casa Nueva with the judge's authorization?"
On Friday, Judge Raúl Flores rejected the eviction request presented by Luis Etchevehere and one of his brothers, and later ordered a restrictive measure to prevent the approach to the place where his sister is and that they could not "disturb" her with media statements or through social networks.
