(ANSA) - ROME, OCTOBER 27 - "Immediate refreshment for theaters and cinemas closed by last week's dpcm, € 1,000 for all self-employed and intermittent entertainment workers, extension of the layoffs and special allowances for tourism inspectors: it is over in billion euros the package of measures approved this evening for the cultural and tourism sectors ".
Thus the Minister for Cultural Heritage and Activities and Tourism, Dario Franceschini, comments on the rules contained in the refreshment decree approved by the CDM.
"The aid will be immediate to compensate those who have suffered the consequences of a sudden closure as a result of the latest modpcm. With this intervention - continues Franceschini - the support activity will continue to two sectors severely affected by the health emergency. The funds will arrive quickly since the support takes place through the refinancing of the various emergency funds contained in the previous decrees. In particular, the following are refinanced: the Cinema and Entertainment Emergency Fund with 100 million euros, the Enterprise and cultural institutions emergency fund with 50 million euros, over 400 million euros will be addressed to a non-repayable grant for accommodation facilities and thermal establishments and 400 million to the Emergency Fund for travel agencies, tour operators and tourist guides ".
