A few days away from a possible reconfinement, the M6 group has published its results for the first nine months of a very turbulent year due to the health crisis.
The rebounds recorded during the third quarter of advertising revenue for TV (+ 3%), radio (+ 2.8%) and cinema activity (+ 40%) failed to erase completely the sharp drop in activity in the first half.
Result, over nine months, the turnover of the group fell by 15.2%, to 856 million euros and the operating profit fell by 24.2%, to 138.3 million euros.
Very agile, the M6 group faced the crisis by immediately initiating a savings plan of 100 million over the year, of which 90 million have already been achieved.
