(ANSA) - ROME, OCTOBER 27 - The best of the pictorial art of the master Giambattista Tiepolo arrives in Milan with an alui exhibition dedicated to the Galleries of Italy - Piazza Scala, Intesa Sanpaolo's Meneghina museum which can be visited from 30 October to 21 March 2021.

Venice, Milan, Europe 'is the title of the exhibition, the first dedicated to the Venetian artist in the Lombard capital, created for the 250th anniversary of his death.
The exhibition (the presentation on Thursday 29 at 11 am can be seen instreaming from the Intesasanpaolo.com and ANSA.it sites) boasts about seventy works by the artist and important contemporary artists. The itinerary highlights the close relationship between Tiepolo and its Milanese clients, the city from where it was projected to Europe, Germany and Spain. Moreover, for the first time, thanks to sensational restorations, the public will have the opportunity to admire the detached frescoes of Sant 'Ambrogioe in Palazzo Gallarati Scotti.
