(ANSA) - NEW YORK, OCTOBER 28 - Hurricane Zeta falls on the American presidential elections.
The storm is expected to hit the Panhandle region, Florida today, and the counties of Excambia, Okaloosa and Santa Rosa have decided to reduce their early voting hours.
These are Republican fiefdoms considered an easy victory for President Donald Trump.
A fourth county is also on alert, that of Walton, another stronghold of the Grand Old Party, where the time has not yet been reduced but the situation is being monitored.
The reduction of the time available to express the preference could make some of the voters desist in a state considered fundamental for the conquest of the White House.
Also because the vote in person is supported by the Republicans, while the vote by mail is traditionally more in favor of the Democrats.
