(ANSA) - ROME, OCTOBER 29 - The rules of the Refreshments decree begin today.
The provision was in fact published in an extraordinary edition of the Official Gazette which was broadcast last night and establishes, through the Ateco codes, the 53 categories that will obtain the new non-repayable contributions provided for by the refreshment decree.
Compared to the aid provided by a first decree in favor of the categories, multipliers of up to 400% are envisaged for discos.
Taxis and NCCs also enter and will have 100% compensation of what has already been received with the first edition of the refreshments of the Relaunch decree.
On the other hand, there are 38 categories that will have a 200% contribution, from restaurants to swimming pools and gyms.
For bars and pastry shops, but also for hotels, holiday resorts, hostels, shelters, refreshments will be 150%.
Among the novelties there is also an extension of the rules for smartworking and for abstention from work, with an increase in the age of children who go to school from 14 to 16, not providing, in the case of abstention, the payment of wages.
