Italy, Germany, Latvia, Lithuania and Serbia will be removed from the list of green countries in a little over a week, given the high level of morbidity in them, and will now be considered as red countries whose returnees will be charged in isolation.

Despite the concerns, Greece will remain green.

Only one country will join the list of green countries: Vietnam.

Vietnam joins the list of previously approved green countries: Iceland, Estonia, Seychelles, Denmark, Hong Kong, Greece, New Zealand, Finland, Canada, Cyprus, Rwanda, Australia, Uruguay, UAE, Taiwan, Norway, Singapore, Singapore.

The new red states will officially enter the list starting November 8th.

In light of the increase in morbidity in many countries around the world, it was decided to hold the next list of green countries on 9.11.2020.

The list will be updated on the website of the Ministry of Health.

The Ministry of Health emphasizes that all passengers to and from Israel will be required to fill out an online health declaration, before entering the terminal in Israel or before boarding a flight in the country of origin - on the Ministry of Health's website.

Passengers must verify the requirements of the destination country, including the policy of introducing passengers from Israel and the requirements for inspections, which vary from country to country.

The Ministry of Health asks Israeli tourists to wear a mask and maintain the rules of social distance, even in the countries where they vacation.
