The Ministry of Health has added 23,580 new infections this Thursday and has notified 173 deaths to the official count. In total 1,160,083 people have been infected and 35,639 have died since the beginning of the pandemic, according to official data provided by Health. The Government authorizes Madrid to close the community perimeter on two weekends, according to Community sources. Ayuso had announced the perimeter closure of the region during the next two bridges.
