(ANSA) - TURIN, OCTOBER 30 - The carabinieri of Turin arrested at dawn the alleged murderer of Luciano Ollino, the 60-year-old accountant and financial consultant found murdered in the night between 8 and 9 June last in a dirt road in the hills between Turin and Moncalieri .
It is a local offender, Giovanni Cordella, a 42-year-old car salesman, well known by the victim and his tenant in an apartment of a residence in Pecetto Torinese.
According to the investigators, the motive is due to disagreements between the two, especially of an economic nature and relating to the sale of a property.
Ollino had been bound and gagged by his killer, who then shot him six shots inside his car, a BMW found parked in a lay-by, with the body on the passenger side.
In order to create an alibi, the alleged murderer had moved away from Piedmont to southern Italy the same night.
The 42-year-old is accused of involuntary homicide, carrying and illegal possession of an aggravated erapina firearm.
There are numerous elements collected in four months of investigations by the Carabinieri of the Investigative Unit coordinated by the Turin Public Prosecutor's Office.
