(ANSA) - WASHINGTON, OCTOBER 30 - Donald Trump changes his plans for election night and cancels his expected appearance at the Trump International Hotel in Washington, where his election campaign was organizing preparations for a 'nightparty', a party to celebrate his victory, as emerged in recent days from a series of communications to the president's supporters.
Trump should therefore remain in the White House to carry out the developments of the uncertain election night from there.
Meanwhile, the president tweets about the pandemic: "We are doing much better in Europe", reiterating his thesis: the surge in infections in the US, with over 9 million cases and a thousand victims a day, would be linked to the greater number of tests carried out.
"More tests, more cases", states the American president: "We have the best tests. Deaths are low. Hospitals have greater capacity! The treatments are working" (ANSA).
