Austria returns to lockdown, restaurants and hotels closed

Chancellor Kurz announced it. The Austrian government has communicated a new tightening, with the institution of a curfew and the closure of restaurants, hotels, export cultural institutions, in an attempt to stem the second wave of the pandemic.
