The entire procedure is supervised by the City Bank auctioneers, who are in charge of verifying the normal development of the event and guaranteeing equal opportunities for all participants.

The properties to be auctioned
- Apartment on the second floor in front of a building located on Avenida Corrientes at 1647/59.
The place was used as an office, has a hall, dining room, bedroom, kitchen (currently dismantled) and bathroom.

The requirements
For auctions on behalf of and ordered by the General Directorate of Asset Administration of the GCBA, the modality requires that up to
48 business hours prior to the Auction date
,
a guarantee deposit of 3% of the base value of the property
to be purchased (amount that will be returned in full in case of not bidding or the bid is not winning).
Then, within 48 business hours after the auction (immediately upon completion the winner receives an email with the notification of the award of the lot),
a down payment of approximately 23% of the sale price arising from the auction must be established
.
Finally, the total payment of the balance occurs within 15 days after the payment of the deposit.
In any of the tranches, payments can be made both in pesos, considering the Banco Nación selling exchange rate on the day before payment, or in dollars.
