Hospital staff and professionals in public nursing homes will see their remuneration increased on December 1 and not in March, in accordance with the announcements made in mid-October by the government, according to a decree published on Sunday in
the Official Journal.

The “Ségur de la santé” this summer had recorded a revaluation of 183 euros net monthly for the personnel of the public sector in two phases, with a first increase in September.
At the end of a new day of strike at the hospital and in full resumption of the Covid-19 epidemic, the Prime Minister, Jean Castex, announced on October 15 an advance payment
"before the end of the year" .
The decree thus confirms the date of December 1 for the payment of additional salary index.

The Minister of Health, Olivier Véran, and the Deputy Minister in charge of Autonomy, Brigitte Bourguignon, underline that
"nearly two million professionals in health establishments and nursing homes - nurses, nursing assistants, midwives, manipulators radio, medical secretaries… - will see their remuneration increase ”.
For doctors in the public hospital, the revaluation of the indemnity for exclusive public service commitment (IESPE) will be increased to 1,010 euros gross monthly.
