(ANSA) - MADRID, 01 NOV - Dozens of arrests in Spain during the second consecutive night of clashes between law enforcement and demonstrators who took to the streets to protest against the new restrictions launched by the government to contain the spread of the coronavirus.
Looting and activating have occurred in some cities. Major riots broke out in Madrid, where dozens of protesters shouted "freedom!" setting fire to garbage bins and setting up makeshift barricades on the city's main thoroughfare, Gran Via. Smoke stones were thrown at the police. According to the emergency services, twelve people, including three police officers, were slightly injured in the clashes, 32 were allegedly injured. (HANDLE).
