Ayda survived 91 hours under the rubble of her apartment building after the earthquake that hit the Aegean Sea on Friday.
This earthquake caused the death of 100 people in western Turkey.
Nusret Aksoy, from the team that rescued the 3-year-old, said Ayda owed her life to a dishwasher.
The child "was in a triangle of life, he waved his hand, I heard a first sound".
The little girl, transported by ambulance under police escort, was greeted with applause at the entrance to the hospital emergency room.
Monday morning, at dawn, the rescuers had already been able to save a 14-year-old girl, Idil Sirin, then, a few hours later, a 3-year-old girl, Elif Perinçek, emerged from the rubble with intense emotion.
