The National Union of Public Health FO unions therefore called on the staff of medico-social establishments, which for example manage home care or nursing homes, to strike this Thursday.
“When Ségur was signed, it was signed for clinics, hospitals and nursing
homes,” explains Franck Houlgatte, secretary general of the National Union of Public Health FO unions.
But it excluded home care or nursing homes.
However, these establishments are often attached to nursing homes or hospitals.
So in the same establishment, with the same employment contracts, we will end up with salary differentials depending on the services.
We will go to court for wage discrimination if our demands are unsuccessful. ”

Another structure affected by the strike on Thursday: the French Blood Establishment, under the supervision of the Ministry of Health, which contributes each year to “

Its staff also did not receive the revaluation of 183 euros at the end of the Ségur de la Santé.
