The initiative is based on four pillars: direct placements in the company, internships and traineeships, training and career guidance activities and the involvement of companies in the Alliance4YOUth project, by of which Nestlé is a founding member and which so far, at European level, has offered 450,000 jobs or training experiences, of which about 22,000 thanks to Nestlé.
