We are on a second wave and there are still no resources ”.
The demonstrators were present to protest against a temporary shutdown of the emergency service to redeploy emergency responders to the Covid departments of Cochin hospital. "This emergency service is ideally placed in Paris to receive non-Covid patients who need an emergency service", protests Christophe Prudhomme, CGT delegate of emergency physicians in France. "To close the emergency service today is nonsense, it means that patients will have to go to the emergency services of other Parisian hospitals which are already overwhelmed" asserts the doctor.
