Preparation
How do you make survivors for children in 5 minutes?
1 Cut the chicken breast into finger-thick strips.
2 In a dedicated bag (Zip Look bag) mix the eggs with the maple, mustard, thyme, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, salt and pepper.
3 Put the chicken strips in the bag, close tightly and massage the bag until the chicken is well coated in the mixture.
Tip:
Up to this point you can also prepare a few hours before frying, close the bag and keep in the refrigerator.
4 In another bag (preferably slightly larger) mix the bread crumbs, sesame seeds, thyme, salt and pepper.
5 Using your hands, remove the chicken strips from the bag, shake slightly and place in a bag with the bread crumbs.
Close the bag and shake until the chicken is well coated in crumbs on all sides.
6 In a wide pan, heat oil to a height of about 1 cm.
Remove the schnitzels from the bag, shake off the excess crumbs and when the oil is hot, fry the schnitzels on both sides until golden.
7 Serve with ketchup, mustard and pickle.
