"Ethylene oxide is a
biocidal active ingredient that

not approved in the EU
and is classified as harmful," warns Lidl.
As the discounter explains, in this case only the designated product with the respective
grading
(see table) is affected.
Other articles from the Dutch manufacturer are not affected.
A
contamination
of the product is one of the most common causes for a food recall.

Lidl Germany reacted immediately and put the affected product from sale," the discounter to explain

Customers who have bought
“Sondey Granola Bites, 90g”
can return it to all Lidl branches.
The
purchase price
would be paid according to Lidl - even without submission of a receipt.

through the respiratory tract and skin.
Possible symptoms can be "
headache

".
