(ANSA) - MOSCOW, NOV 11 - In Kiev, about 2,000 people protested in front of the Ukrainian government headquarters against a possible weekend closure of non-essential commercial activities to curb the spread of Covid-19.
Ukrainian authorities are considering leaving only grocery stores and pharmacies open in weekends.
The protesters were mainly restaurant and cinema owners.
Some were holding signs with slogans like "Let me work!"
and "No work, no taxes".
