Israel draws inspiration from the management of the technological corona in Singapore: "Israel Today" has learned that the local government - backed by the corona commissioner, Prof. Roni Gamzo, and his successor as Prof. Nachman Ash - calls for an immediate pilot in ten authorities that will allow access to "green complexes" through an app Intended for those who have recovered from corona, or who have been found to be negative for the virus within 72 hours of the test.

The outline specifications of the local government, which reached "Israel Today" and are revealed here for the first time, offer the creation of safe complexes, open to patients who have recovered and to patients in a rapid examination, where it will be possible to conduct activities of all kinds, without gathering restrictions.

Entry to these safe areas will be based on the use of an app or electronic ID card, which will connect to the test results and databases of the Ministry of Health and inform, in real time, if a person has a negative test result from the last 72 hours, or a positive serological test, and can enter the safe area .

Anyone for whom there is no information - will block his entry into the safe area.

The purpose of the outline is to bring back to activity all areas: conferences, cultural and entertainment events, universities, tourism and hotels, factories, shopping centers, banquet halls, prayer houses, gyms and more.

This is in safe areas where people can operate, without fear of endangering themselves or others.

During a tour of the Ministry of Health's corona office yesterday, the chairman of the local government, Haim Bibbs, presented the outline of the "green complexes" to the corona projectors, Prof. Gamzo and Prof. Ash.

Prof. Gamzo and Prof. Ash supported the outline and announced that they would promote in the Corona Cabinet its immediate application as a pilot in ten authorities in Israel.

The program advocates rapid testing, which is accurate in 90% of cases and is not based solely on pen tests.

Its purpose is to allow people to be tested every few days on cheap tests and thus live alongside the corona plague.

However, two reviews may arise as a result of the program: first, the rapid tests whose reliability is not absolute.

The second, the issue of privacy and follow-up of medical information, follows a critique of GSS location.

Haim Bibbs, chairman of the local government center, who sent a letter to the prime minister yesterday detailing the outline, said on the tour that "there is no doubt that our outline is Game Changer. Instead of living locksmith to closure, green complexes will return to routine and sanity. In every city, the outline "It will allow for the continued opening of all areas of life while maintaining maximum health. This is a necessary step and I hope that the Prime Minister will accept our position."
