(ANSA) - PALERMO, 11 NOV - The former prosecutor Antonio Ingroia was sentenced to one year and 10 months, for embezzlement, by the gup of Palermo.
The investigation that led to the trial, celebrated with the abbreviated sentence before the gup Maria Cristina Sala, was born from a report by the Court of Auditors relating to the period in which Ingroia, on the appointment of the former governor Rosario Crocetta, had been appointed director of the regional company Siciliae-Servizi .
