(ANSA) - TURIN, 11 NOV - Aurora, 2 years old, just didn't make it, seriously injured by her father, who killed the other son, twin of the girl, and his wife before committing suicide.
Admitted since Monday morning in the Reanimation ward of the Regina Margherita children's hospital in Turin, in a coma, the little girl was declared dead at the end of the observation period that began in the afternoon.
In the night between Sunday and Monday Aurora was shot in her sleep with a gunshot to the head by her father, Alberto Accastello, 40, who also killed her twin Alessandro, her mother Barbara Gargano, 38, and the dog before committing suicide.
The tragedy in their home, a small villa in Carignano, in the Turin area.
Alberto and Barbara were married in 2015 and recently moved into the villa, just completed, after having lived for some time with the murderer's father and uncle.
In recent times, according to the reconstruction made by the investigators, they often quarreled and the woman would have expressed to her husband the will to separate and want to leave home.
According to the investigators, it is precisely in these quarrels and in the woman's decision that the motive that pushed the man to pull the trigger, to exterminate his family and to kill himself, should be sought.
