It kicked off Friday morning shortly after a freshly counted batch of votes from Philadelphia officially turned the state of Pennsylvania from red to blue.
"PHILLY !!!" wrote a friend from Seattle.
"You did it!" Said a friend from LA and friends from Dublin: "Thank you, from the bottom of my heart."

Liz Moore, 37, first worked as a musician in New York and then started writing novels.
Her fourth book, "Long Bright River", was also translated into German and received critical acclaim - also on SPIEGEL.de.
The novel is set in Philadelphia, where Liz Moore lives with her family - and learned of Joe Biden's election victory in the state of Pennsylvania, after which Biden could be proclaimed as future US president.
The embassies got even more passionate on Saturday after news outlets reported that Biden won Pennsylvania the electoral body.
"Whoops, thank you Philadelphia!" Wrote a French friend who lives in New York City.
Cars honked outside, and crowds in protective masks gathered in city parks.
There was also a trend on Twitter.
LeBron James wrote: "My Philly Family! ... THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!"
Director Ava DuVernay tweeted, "Thank you, Philadelphia!"
Elsewhere, ordinary people talked about Philadelphia - and in a positive way!

For me as a citizen of Philadelphia, it was absolutely disturbing.
