The Federation of Hospitals of France (FHF) has asked the Prime Minister, Jean Castex, to grant some 55,000 hospital officials excluded from the “
Ségur agreements
” the general increase of 183 euros net per month, pointing to “
a deep injustice
” .

The account is still not there: at a time when the first salary increases of "
Ségur
" are paid to the public hospital, the president of the FHF, Frédéric Valletoux, wanted "to
alert the government on exclusion heavy with consequences for some of the professionals,
”according to a letter dated Friday and that AFP obtained.
This "
unjustified difference in treatment
" concerns 55,000 people "
who work in the medico-social and social sectors: disability, home nursing services, child protection
", he explains.
“
Side effects
” already reported to the Minister of Health, Olivier Véran, and to his Minister for Autonomy, Brigitte Bourguignon, “
to this day without response
”.
A demand already expressed by the unions
The main hospital unions, however, also sounded the alarm: the CFDT and FO each called for a one-day strike (respectively on October 13 and November 5) on this demand, which was also taken up by the CGT and SUD during their mobilization day on October 15.

The FHF is worried for its part about "
a strong misunderstanding of the agents and tensions more and more numerous within the
public
establishments
", where those who received the increase alongside those who are not entitled to it.
Fearing "
a very significant lack of attractiveness
" for these professions, Mr. Valletoux urges the executive to find "
a fair solution
", failing which the "
Ségur
" would be perceived "
as a deep injustice that no speech on the part of public authorities is objectively in a position to justify
”.
