In addition, in a video that was also uploaded to the company's Facebook page, an airline flight attendant is seen against the backdrop of Jaffa landscapes.

"We present daily flights between Tel Aviv and Abu Dhabi, starting March 28, 2021," read the accompanying post to the video.

"Meet the flight attendant Ann. In this (photographed) guide, she will tell you in 60 seconds everything you need to know about the city."

"A land conquered by the skulls and blood of the Palestinian people"

Many Arab surfers reacted to these advertisements with great anger.

The responses were written in English, and include statements such as "This country is Israel, but Israel conquered Palestine years ago," wrote Abeer Abudayeh.


Another surfer, Marwan H Bsharat, wrote: "It is a shame that you are promoting a land conquered on the skulls and blood of the Palestinian people."

However, the most repeated response is It's Called Palestine.



As of this writing (Monday afternoon), the advertisement and video had been removed from the airline's Facebook page

Soon, 28 weekly flights are expected between the destinations, which will be divided between airlines from Israel and the Union, including Etihad Airways.
