(ANSA) - CATANZARO, NOV 16 - The commissioner for health in Calabria Giuseppe Zuccatelli resigned at the request of the Health Minister Speranza. "As quickly as I accepted, I resign at the request of Minister Speranza for the respect that I have and have always had for the institutions," he told ANSA.
"The minister - added Zuccateli - phoned me and did not need to give me explanations. He asked me to leave and I did. I don't know who will replace me but I know that I will resign from all the positions I have in Calabria".
Zuccatelli was also commissioner of the hospital of Catanzaro and of the Mater Domini university hospital, also in Catanzaro. Positions from which he resigned. (HANDLE).
