(ANSA) - ROME, NOV 15 - There are 33,979 coronavirus positives identified in the last 24 hours in Italy, according to data from the Ministry of Health.

The victims are 546, thus the deaths of coronavirus in Italy rise to over 45 thousand, 45,229 to be precise.

The increase in patients admitted to intensive care in the last 24 hours in Italy is 116.

The total number of people in intensive care is now 3,422.

On the other hand, hospitalizations in ordinary wards increased by 649 units, bringing the total to 32,047.


    In Italy, 195,275 coronavirus swabs were carried out in the last 24 hours, more than 30,000 less than yesterday, with the usual sharp weekend drop.

The ratio between positives and tests is 17.4%, up by more than one percentage point compared to yesterday.


    There are over 700,000 coronavirus positive in Italy currently, with an increase of 24,055 units in the last 24 hours, the total is now 712,490.


   The healed are 420,810 (+9,376 in one day).

In house isolation there are now 677,021 people (+23,290 compared to yesterday).


    The total number of cases - including recovered and victims - is now 1,178,529.

The victims are 45,229.

In Lombardy 8,060 positive tampons in one day, in Campania 3,771, in Piedmont 3,682, in Emilia Romagna 2,822, in Tuscany 2,653, in Lazio 2,612.

Only the Molise under 100 cases (it has registered 85).
